Tebogo Mametja has been behind the lens since 2010 — building a craft before it became a career. Yarona Motion Pictures was registered in 2018, and by 2020, the focus shifted fully to production: direction, cinematography, and moving image.
In 2025, Yarona directed its first television commercial — for Xiaomi South Africa — with the entire production handled in-house. That project confirmed what the work had always suggested: this isn't just photography. It's direction. The roster spans Nike, Moozlie, Musa Keys, Gordon's, Empire Clothing, and many more.
